) is an Italian philosopher, Professor Emeritus of Political Philosophy at the
University of Rome Tor Vergata
and former President of the
Italian Association for Political Philosophy
. He is currently Adjunct Professor of Legal Theory at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome and of Political Theory at Loyola University Chicago (JF Rome Center).
